When we arrived at night we thought "not bad" it looked quite grand .The staff on reception was a bit stiff upper lip but we did not know them as yet. Love this place for the location and the staff. Hotel is tired and needs a facelift. Food not brilliant typically bulk cooking. Definitely not 4* for this reason. Hotel spoilt when it went all inclusive. Needs to revamp the menu and possible offer fine dining. We came back from Nissaki Beach on 7th sept... I had both my son's with me 14, 10... it is a really lovely hotel... the staff are so friendly all of them.. the location is so beautiful, be aware you do have to pay for sunbeds and parasols, we had 3 sunbeds and a parasol and it was 7 euro's...... more

Initially disappointed with hotel because we were provided with bunk beds for my 2 young children.
