We spent a wonderful week in this boutique hotel in this quiet farming village of Caimari. Toni and Jaume came up with some wonderful evening meals to traditional recipies no doubt developed by their mother Fran who used to drop in occassionally to see that all was well.

We had a 'superior' spacious double room at the top of the hotel with a large terrace overlooking the mountains. After the annual olive festival had finished (late November) the village was quiet and a good nights sleep was no problem.

Jaume also organises hiking weeks for guests and was therefore able to advise us on the best trails and any pitfalls.

The guys were ably assisted by their wives Francesca and Cati, who ensured all was up to scratch.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days hiking in the Tramuntana looking for a good bed and some great local cuisine! more
