Needed a break after tax season and Playa Blanca fit the bill perfectly. A great week of diving and cigars! I stayed, on a trip without agency, in Hotel Playa Blanca, which is nice and friendly, mainly french Canadian guests, animations, old bikes can be taken for a short ride (longer rides difficult with these bad bikes).
