We booked direct with Mr Jucquois at the hotel ( [--] ) This is a great overnight stop location just south of Poitiers and much better than the 3-4* hotels on the outskirts of Poitiers. Very helpfull and friendly staff. The B&B is next to the ruins of a medieval castle, which gives a romantic view from the garden with swimming pool. Room is larger then usual, but needs a little more comfort (like some extra shelves and a hair dryer). Their is no airco, but we hadn't very warm temperatures, so it didn't bother.... more
