We are from Ibiza, Spain, and went to Hotelito Desconocido because our travel advisor told us amazing things about this hotel, that is a destination by itself. We never thought that could be a place like Hotelito Desconocido, an authentic green luxury, with exterior bamboo shower in room, king bed and walls furnishe with Mexican art & crafts. It was... more

I went to this hotel in August for my sisters wedding and i think there should be a couple things people should know before spending the money. We first went on the off season so it was extremely hot! One day it reached 103 and that would not be a big deal if there was air conditioning but its all... more

We stayed here in August for a wedding that was held on the beach. The weather was hot hot hot and humid. One of the wedding guests had actually a heatstroke from standing in the sun while watching the ceremony. We were dismayed, but not surprised! Even though this sounds tough, the good news is that the pool is a... more

This is a unique property. Gorgeous setting. Very attententive staff. Outstanding food (much of the greens from their own gardens). A wonderful atmosphere, especially before dinner in the Common Room. In particular, the staff paid great attention to our two-year-old, washing sippy-cups, moving her chair over to the Ocean-side each day for lunch, and installing a screen around the rustic... more

Went to El Hotelito after having heard excellent comments about it, and must say it overmet our expectations. The concept is very well developed, it is very intimate and all the services were of excellent quality. more

We were fortunate to be part of a very small wedding that took place at the Hotelito on March 3rd which made it how we came to experience this unique and tranquil setting. Many people have asked us to describe our experience and the only thing we can come up with is that it as luxurious as it is simple.... more

We spent three peaceful days at Hotelito and really wound down. Upon our arrival, you just had the sense that this was a special place. It has a rustic beauty where one can slow down and reconnect with sun, sand and sea. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we came with few expectations. What a nice... more

Hotelito is the perfect place to go and get away from it all. It is a lush remote hotel 2 hours south of Puerto Vallarta. It is set in the middle of an estuary and a virgin beach. You can go horse back riding, sailing or simply sit on the beach and do nothing for hours. We spent nights in... more
