Beautiful from the outside. Once inside it all changes. The room is so very dark because of the windows. Tried to order food, but was completely ignored at the restaurant to the point we left. Bathroom door wouldn't completely shut. Laundry facility was a beat up washer/dryer that was of course out of order. Pool area was great though.
