My wife and I stayed in a superior room in February. Nice room, good bed, proper bathroom with full bath, water red hot. Good breakfast, did not use bar or have evening meal so can't comment on them. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is between Bradford and Trowbridge, great location if you are exploring this area as we were. More

Each year, around Valentine's Day, we choose a different hotel, in a different location, to meet up with some old friends. This year we chose The Old Manor, where we spent one night. The hotel has real 'old world charm' and does definitely not have the corporate feel of some of the big hotel chains. An eclectic mix of nick-nacks,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, business trip. The first night I arrived late & the bar was not open so could not sample but early up next morning so all good! The rooms are delightful! The little touches, books, old staircase as a head board, fridg ein room, ample space & lovely big bed with cosy pillows. Breakfast was excellent... More

We ate a fabulous Sunday lunch, 28th January 2012. A very welcoming family atmosphere & lovely sofas to relax on after really good food. The beef was especially good & fanastic value. The Baileys cheeseckae was superb! We will be back!! More

We arrived towards the end of the week and from check-in to check-out, we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We booked a luxury room which was stunning, witha super king bed and enough room to fully relax, have a restful bath or shower, then sit for a coffee and look out over the beautiful fields. All staff were friendly... More

We stayed at the Old Manor Hotel for our weekend whilst visiting Bath, its only ten miles from Bath so very handy. The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of Bradford on Avon, which is a charming place itself. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and shown to our room. The room as I would describe was old... Gerry, Great to talk to you the other day, as you were checking out. It's good that there are still guests who appreciate staying in an old style, individual hotel as opposed to a faceless Premier or Travel Lodge. Hurry , while you can still do it, before they take over the World!!!!!! Tim Burnham, Proprietor, The Old Manor Hotel. More

Lovely place! A big difference to the characterless hotel chains across the country. The restaurant is good and the staff very friendly. Refreshingly different place to stay in. More

Stayed for four nights as a KGB package, other positive reviews say it all. We found the food fine especially the breakfast, The room was fine with great bedding, towels and most important at this time of year lovely and warm. The Hotel is a little quirky, with some of the rooms across the courtyard, but this only adds to... More

….. but food does not really come up to the same standard. Was given a room in more modern bungalow over the car park, which was well appointed, good size, comfortable beds and lots of hot water, could not fault. Sadly food at both Breakfast and Dinner were disappointing, both in menu, content and service More

Thank you for your comments and I regret you didn’t enjoy the food. I'm struggling to remember the last time we had these comments and this is definitely something I would have liked to have the chance to discuss during your stay. More
