A very new hotel, comfortable, and nice staff. A very nice swimmingpool, but unfortunately men at wotk at the nearby port. Also I missed the room with a view. Good breakfast, and quiet at night to sleep.

Big hotel in Madalena, facing Faial but once in the room you can only see from the balcony the car park! Housekeeping far from being clen and tidy and the breakfast to poor, none or fiew local products to taste. Noizy air condition in the room!
