We - a couple around the 30'ies - just returned from a week at Max's place in late September. We had a marvellous stay. The room was big, spacious, cozy and thoughtful decorated. We have stayed several times at Max' Il Belvedere, and for us it is an oasis of peace and rest. But if you like to go for some sightseeing or city-trips, it never takes you al lot of time to get there (Firenze, Arrezzo, Perugia, Siena and even Roma). Stayed there between 2004 and 2009 5 times for 2 to 3 weeks. The location of the agriturismo is very nice. Almos on top of the hill so you can overlook the area. We already stay for four years at Max's place. It is always a week of relaxing at the pool, good food nearby and nice places to visit (Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona). More
