Villa Cefala was booked for some late sunshine and something a little different. I booked on line and exchanged several very helpful emails with the owner who gave us explicit directions to arrive by public transport and ensured we were met at the local station. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and in keeping with an agritourisimo. The estate... More

Our stay at Villa Cefala started off rocky. We got off one exit too early and got lost on our way. We drove in the dark for two hours and actually drove passed the entrance about 3 times(small sign). And when we finally found it the timer on the exterior lights were not functioning and it was a little spooky... More

We stayed for 5 days in a small villa, oke for 2 adults and 3 children. The restaurant was great, the best food we eat on Siclily. The pool was nice. A great disadvantage was that every night there was a lot of noise coming out of a bar near the farm. The loud music continued till 3 o clock at... More

This agriturismo is a great hoping off point if you want to see different parts of North-western Sicily. We spent one day in Cefalu and one day in Palermo and this hotel provided an easy place to stay between the two. There are about two clubs and a cafe within walking distance, but no restaurants other than the one at... More

This agriturismo offers basic, but not unspacious rooms (we stayed in the Superior room whichhad a small living room and patio in addition to the bedroom). The rooms are clean and simple. There is satellite TV (Italian Sky) but it didn't work during our stay. There is an attractive pool area which in August quickly filled up with clamorous families.... More

A very nice place close to Palermo. Very good service (grazie Daniela!) with a superb breakfast. The villa has massive grounds with lemon, orange and olive trees. Recommended walk beyond the tunnel! More

We stayed at this hotel and have to agree with another reviewer who said that there didnt seem to be anyone from the hotel around. It is an old working farm with olive groves, lemon trees, honey, etc. The room that we stayed in was nice but something wasnt right. You walk into the first floor and there is a... More

We started our travel in Villa Cefala and this was good start with beautiful surroundings and good staff (value in Sicily). They were able to prepare food out of the restaurant hours, which is not common on the island and valuable when you travel with a small child. Food was excellent there. Great think was also swimming in the pool... More

The lemon trees were loaded with fruit during our visit. we walked the grounds and drank in the smell of the lemon blossoms. The rooms were clean and authentic. The 4-course fixed-price meal was delicious and so were the breakfasts. The only complaint we had is that it seemed difficult to find anyone who worked there. The office seemed to... More
