Staff INCOMPETENCE!! They hang up the phone to me at least 4 times in two stays! They speak NO English! They are incompetent! Stayed here for several times and the service is just great. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. However, there's nothing at the surrounding and driving to the town is 15-20 minutes away. Food is considered expensive for local standard. Steamboat dinner is recommended
