Quite nice hotel located at the foot of mount Emei. The view from the terrace to the lake is astonishing. The surrounding area very green and quite. Perfect place for relaxation. The room i stay was at the sixth building and it was quite spacious, clean and good air conditioning, The bathroom facilities reasonable. It was difficult to communicate since... More

Oh Dear! This was an appalling disappointment. We went here with close friends who could only book us in to a room in Block 6 which is a disgusting hole. There is nothing whatsoever to recommend this hotel room. Everything about it was dirty from the bathroom to the carpets to the threadbare towels provided. The receptionists were as welcoming... We stayed overnight at this hotel. Quite decent for a night. Has a lake around it. In its house there are many buildings, to coin a phrase, I think we stayed in building 5. No one speaks English. No one. Luckily managed to find one staff member who had a smattering of the language, so managed to order what we... More

I went here in April 2010 and we stayed in the first building when you pull in. It is the fancier one, the room we stayed at was $200/night and it is exactly like one of the sample pictures with the double queen beds. The room was clean and the shower and bathroom was large and clean. It seems to... More

Hotel choices are limited in Emeishan and this hotel appears to be the best option. We stayed in Building 5 (executive king room) which is supposed to offer the best rooms, at higher rates than budget priced rooms in building 6. When Building 5 was built, it was intended to be a luxury 5 star hotel, but it needs to... More

That hotel was chosen by our tour operator. We have been to many hotel in China and this one disapointed us. Our room was in block 6 and it was under renavation. All the stairs and corridor were durty. No elevator, no bel boy, we had to cary our luggage up two the third floor. The was small, basic, nothing... More

Definitely the non-smoking policy is not enforced here. I asked to change to another room and it was the same, both rooms smelled like tons of cigarettes had been consumed there. I also missed my wake up call because of switching rooms. If you're a smoker, this may not be an issue, except for the smell the room is however... More

If you like to stay at that hotel, book a room in building 5, and not think about the others. The rooms are spacious, clean and elegant as it can be in China. One of the bathroom walls is made in glass, so you can see who is taking shower. The breakfast is mostly for Chinese people, too spicy, we... More

We stayed at Building No. 5 and our Chinese driver also stayed in the same hotel, at another building (cheaper, and lower standard). We got a room at 1st floor (ground floor) and had to walk through a corridor of games room, hair salon, etc before reaching our room. These rooms do not give a nice ambience, but upon going... More

We stayed here as part of a private tour by Chinatravelguide. As noted there are 8 buildings and we stayed on the second floor of building 5. Each of the buildings seem to be of a different quality. You will need to be specific in booking. As previously mentioned #8 is at the the top of the mountain, about 20-30... More
