Our organization booked the venue for a conference. The reception service and conferece organization team were absolutely fantastic. They accommodated all our needs and were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our 4 star experience ended there. The conference venue, the accomodation and the food was really not of a four star standard. We believe that the price did not merit... More

In general good service. However the rooms are old and in need of serious renovation if the 4 star rating is to be believable. Old furnishings in the bedroom with a broken shower door and stained bathroom fittings. The room floor was not entirely clean and animal droppings were lying in the corners. The restaurant provides adequate meals at reasonable... More

After driving along the Panoramaroute (Mac Mac Falls, Blyde River Canyon, The Pinnacle, God's Window, Three Roundavels) we arrived at Sefapane Lodge. We booked here for three nights. We had a very friendly welcome. After checking in, we went to our roundavel (Hoopoo), overlooking the dam. On the terrace there are 2 chairs and a table. The room was very... More

We came here after being horribly disappointed by the Hans Merensky Club. This place has it all! Atmosphere, good food, fair prices! Highly recommended as your gateway to the Kruger! Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

The last part of our honeymoon to south africa we stayed in the sefapane lodge , next to the krugerpark. We stayed here four nights. We had a lovely lodge with views on the small lake. From our terrace we could enjoy the nice weather and the lovely birds. On arrival there was a complemenatry bottle of champagne on the... More

We have stayed at another hotel in this gateway town and decided this time to stay at Sefapane. We were not disappointed however there were some issues. Our room (along with our traveling companions) was next to the small lake area, which is beautiful during the day light hours, however just out out back door were dogs that barked all... More

the hotel has seen better days, but keeps well up with maintenance. in this sense, location (1km from the kruger-NP main gate) and the accomodation is worth the price, thinking of western european economical potential. what i don't understand is the praise of the food from some comments. in fact it's the standard of an american restaurant chain. eatable, OK-quality... Waw, this place was big! At the entrance already you feel the great style of this lodge. You drive into a spacious area to find a beautiful main lodge building in safari style. Most friendly welcome and the start of our first evening safari experience in South Africa, guided by a well trained and experienced ranger. We stayed in luxurious... More

We really appreciated the lovely bungalow room, the immaculate and pleasant grounds/gardens and dining area and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Would definintely stay here again without question. Good value for money as breakfast buffet included.

Sefapane is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed two nights and had a great experience. Our safari guide was knowledgable and made our all-day safari an experience to remember. We enjoyed our very spacious rondavel and appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The staff was helpful and professional. It is located just a five-minute drive from the Phalaborwa gate... More
