A very good hotel for all kind of budgets. Very nice service and good spacious rooms with good quality of food. You can have a great view of sun set from the back side. We have visited during the peak period of June and enjoyed a lot. It has a very good reception and parking place too.

Hotel Shikar is the best place for a family to stay in Almora. Food is good and the staff behaviour was excellent. The view from the room with attached balcony was superb. Good parking facility. Has a terrace to sit and relax.

The rooms were clean and everything worked. The rooms have good views over the valley from balconies and it is a short walk to the interesting bazaar and temple. The restaurant has a varied menu and the food was good. The hotel is goodvalue for money.
