Stayed at this hotel in Langenhagen for three nights during the CeMat fair in Hannover which was a 30 minute drive. The hotel is now owned by the Achat chain, since recently must presume. Overall experience is positive. Rooms although basic and furnished with dated furniture are clean and equipped with the basics. No a/c though, however it was not... more

The reception staff was very unhelpful and at some point rude. Serious human management problems reflected by their incapacity to accept and process reservations made (and paid) on the Web prior to arrival Reception staff lack customer courtesy. We stayed at the AIRPORT CONGRESS Apartments for the Christmas Markets. Apartments were very basic - no armchairs, one dining chair per apartment. Noisy laminate flooring in every room and cheap wardrobe and furniture. Kitchen very clean, probably because there is no cutlery, crockery, saucepans or any other utensils you could use.
