This is probably the worst hotel in mount abu. Very unfriendly staff, very poor ambience. Smell in rooms. You will have to beg for warm water for bathing. Never ever stay here.The staff will not even listen to your requests. You must opt for some other hotels but not this one. More

hotel is nice, but rooms are very small, booked deluxe room for three adluts but space for extra bed was not sufficient at all, charges during my stay i.e 30 dec11 to 2 jan12 were quite high as per the rooms standards. Room service is good. Restaurant is ok. But not worth for price paid. More

Hotel is in very good location and its very reasonable according to the price we paid. We can't expect more than what we get is good sleep at night after whole day outside tour in mount abu. If you don't want to stay in hotel for other activities than its really good one. More

Overall it was a disappointing experience. Rooms were not clean, toilets were in bad shape. We had dinner in hotel once and food quality was below average. Staff was friendly but that's not of much use if the basic amenities/facilities themselves are not in place. In this price, you can surely get a better deal elsewhere. More
