The staff of the hotel was great. They gave us very good tips of excellent locations near Siena and very good restaurants also! The room was very spacious and clean. This hotel is a great base for exploring Siena and the Chianti area. The rooms are a good size and quiet. The staff especially Riccardo are so helpful and do everything possible to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We were vey happy with out stay and would strongly recommend the hotel. More
