We stayed in San Fabiano for 2 weeks and loved it. Filippo and Rachel run a first class operation. Their son David does a great job in trying to keep the kids' activities interesting. Thier dog (Sofia) is the best mild tempered dog that I have ever seen. The staff at San Fabiano are very courtious and were quite helpful,... more

We stayed at Rachel's & Filippo's agritourismo with friends and teenagers during the month of July 2009. Every day we traveled to different sites. Rachel & Filippo are extremely friendly, hospitable and very helpful in consulting what to do and which roads to take. I more than happily recommend their lovely and pastoral 250 year old, but very well kept,... more

San Fabiano farm estate is the typical yet surprising location where to stay in Tuscany. Make this your home-base to visit Siena, Florence and the infinite small medioeval villages in the area. You can also take a round trip in a day to Pisa and the sea side. Or, just relax in the pool area, enjoying some genuine wine and... more

We stayed at San Fabiano on April 2009. It was our honeymoon so the magnificent landscape and romance of San-Fabiano were a perfect setting for our wonderful Italy stay. The farm is situated in the heart of the Monteroni d'Arabi valley, by far the best scenic view in Tuscany- so peaceful and calm with its pleasant hills and villages. San... more

We have visited San Fabiano twice. The first time was in July of 2004. This past September our daughter celebrated her wedding in San Fabiano. (This was decided because she saw all of our pictures from our first trip). I've been meaning to write ever since then and now that the travel season is upon us, I figured I'd better... more

Filippo Fiorentini was a wonderful host. He personally called restaurants for us to arrange last-minute late night reservations, got an easter-weekend booking for horse riding the day before, and was very helpful for viewing suggestions. His farmhouse offers a few things to do around the property, we would highly suggest taking the morning walk with Filippo around the beautiful farmhouses... more

What a great vacation! Now that the new vacation season is coming, it's time to post my comments for future travelers. We stayed eight days at San Fabiano last October. We expected some kind of hospitality and Tuscan charm, but the reality exceeded all the expectations. Imagine an old 17th century house, completely renovated inside. Beautiful grounds, a garden, fig... more

We had an excellent experience. We found San Fabiano through TripAdvisor and all of the reviews were very positive. If you are looking for an impersonal, large hotel type complex with every possible amenity, San Fabiano is not for you. If you are looking for a place where you will be made to feel at home, where you feel as... more
