The hotel is in the suburbs of Milan; the city center can be reached by bus easiliy.
The staff is friendly and checking in or out is quite efficient.
The rooms are small with carpet that has seen better times; the bathroom is really claustrofobic.
The air conditioning was not working whereas it was really needed when I was there....

The hotel location is outer of Milan. But, it's not too hard to reach the local bus and metro to get to the center. All hotel staffs can speak very good English and can provide you a perfect information and hospitality during your stay.
