The rooms on you-tube and showed on the website are a lot nicer than most other rooms. Agreements about a specific room, made with booking staf and wich were confirmed and checked several times, could not be accomplished on arrival. Seemed that the manger had changed the booking without telling his own staff (who were not happy with this). more
