The accommodation was first class and spotless. The staff worked very hard to make you feel welcome and were very friendly. Great location to see the spectacular views of Snowdonia and mid Wales. The scenery at times was breath taking. More

Having vistited several luxurious macdonalds resorts, this resort was far from Luxury!! The Bungalow we stayed in was damp & unclean. Hinges had mold growing, dust behind bed in bunk room, obvious stains on walls/carpets, Grill had dried food on & spent one night with no hot water!!
