Although situated on the main road through Erdeven the Auberge is set well back and during our 5 night stay we experienced no traffic noise at all. Auberge du sous bois was fantastic, we're so glad we managed to get a room just by walking up - having been told Carnac was great we quickly realised it was a bit fake and touristy... thank goodness this caught our eye from the road in Erdeven! This "auberge" is a lovely, quiet, welcoming place. Very neat, well decorated and clean. The owners are excellent hosts, graceful, discreet and pleasant. They also speak several languages! We recommended. More
