The staff is horrible. The management is horrible. The restaurant staff doesn't try to speak any English. There are no Elevators. There is no luggage assistance. The pool is distance and not well kept. The rooms are horribly overpriced. My work put me up here for a month and it was nothing but misery. More

Very disappointing. We have stayed in chateaux before but this one needed a lot of money thrown at it. Cigarette ends everywhere, pool had no mats to rest on and pool full of flies and leaves.
