Staff very pleasant & friendly. Always feel at home here. The breakfasts do not seem to be as good as they used to be. Prefence for fresh fruit rather than tinned. Generally quiet, but I always switch the air conditioning off, because of the noise. More

Good Room and Good Restaurant with Good service. Novotel is a solid brand in Europe that maintains good standards. The quality is consistent with most Novotels and the rooms and food are typically good to very good and the Nancy property met the expectation and at a very good price. We stayed for one night on our way south to Italy. Very close to the autoroute, but quiet. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The swimming pool was a plus after a long, hot drive from Amsterdam. First room we had was a room reekinjg of smoke on the non-smoking floor. Even if the hotel was booked out, we were given another room without problems. Breakfast very good, parking no problem. We can definitely recommend the hotel. More
