This cheerful little hotel has sunlit, pretty rooms. Although the accommodations are simple and old-fashioned, there are thoughtful touches: fine-quality toiletries, thermostat controls in the rooms, broadband internet. Rooms look out over the Rhone toward Tournon's chateau, or into a quiet medieval street. Some are painted in traditional Provencal colors. It is blissfully silent at night. This hotel is in an excellent position on the banks of the Rhone, overlooking Tournon and the vineyards of Tain l' Hermitage. It has recently been refurbished. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the old bridge to Tournon. The room was well equipped and very clean with an enormous comfortable bed. I would say it was excellent value. The... more

In the middle of the Rhone Valley is Tain L'hermitage. Hotel 2 Coteaux is a great location, on the edge of the Rhone River, adjacent to the footbridge which crosses to Tournon.
