First of all Saint-Raphael is not the best place ,second the villa is directly on the road and very , very noisy, third the service is provided by students gentle but incompetent, fourth the management is totally absent, fith the park is small . We've stayed here on two occasions and will certainly return. The two villas, gardens and views are utterly gorgeous - you will not want to leave.
