This quiet hotel is in a tiny village north of Savigny les Beaune andwithin very easy reach of many of the great Burgundy wine producers. The food is highly innovative,the wine list as you would expect is outstanding, the rooms excellent and the welcome is friendly.

Bouilland is a quiet little village in a most attractive small valley about 15 minutes drive out of Beaune. On one side there are hillside meadows and opposite are some quite spectacular towering cliffs. Both provide some lovely walking.
