Penny is a really helpful friendly person and nothing is too much bother. We have stayed at Greenwood Lodge three times, most recently in March 2009. I guess the fact that we keep returning speaks for itself, as there are several B&Bs and pubs with rooms along the same stretch of road. The lodge is old and the furniture shows some wear and tear, but that's my only criticism. The landlady is friendly... More

Greenwood Lodge suited us fine for a weekend "get away". It's a bit out from Burnham but that suited us. Decent sized room (we had no 7) and good food. Would we go back? Definitely. More
