Rooms were clean and roomy. Onsite restaurant and convenience store. Well outfitted gym. My only complaint is that the free wireless internet was so slow it was unusable. I had to goto the nearby Rituals Coffee House to get internet. More

Lovely spot, nice gardens but half the place is over run with noisy students. No services but restaurants close at hand. the sea front is lovely but covered in rubbish, quite the lousiest beach front of all the properties, very sad.
