This is a fantastic hotel in a lovely village. Room was large and the bathroom was enormous, although without a bath, which didn;t bother me, but it could easily be accomodated. Stayed for 2 nights with Groupon. Excellent room on first floor, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. We also ate in the hotel for our evening meal. I would recommend the fish and chips - lovely. Staff very friendly. Would visit again. More

We ate at the Queens Head on Friday night and were so impressed we went back again on Saturday evening as well. Bought a nights bed and breakfast on groupon for £29 this was excellent value for money.Stayed in a clean comfortable twin room with my daughter.Ate in the restaurant would recommend the homemade fishcake,yummy,served by a very jolly waiter.Great choice at breakfast,loved the jam,thanks to someones gran!!
