We have stayed at this hotel in February. PROS: Nice view Good location CONS: Big noise from the street which is quite intensive, lots of BUSes passing buy Reception is hardly ever working Not very convienent with small children No air condition which could be big disadvantage during hot days

Los Gigantes is a lovely quaint, small town, with a harbour, church, town square and enough bars and decent restaurants to cater for anyone looking for anything other than the Las Americas/Los Christianos experience. We didn't know what to expect from our week in Los Gigantes but it was fantastic. The transfers from the hotel were really easy and once at Colonial Parque the view was out of this world. We booked this through a letting website directly with the owner. The description was fairly accurate, and there were no nasty surprises, with the facilities being above average and a large, well equipped balcony giving great sea views from a commanding position high above Los Gigantes.
