A brilliant hotel, professional staff who made you feel so welcome. A very clever layout of the hotel with lovely gardens and even better views. First time at this hotel and we will be back. My son loved the Barcy club and the animacion staff are just excellent. I would like to thank them for a fantastic stay. more

We stayed for 9 nights at the beginning of october. We paid the extra for a suite and it has to be said it was absolutely fantastic. Huge new room, massive balcony and views directly into los gigantes. Pool beautiful but get up early for best sun-beds. Food great but restaurant a little busy so go outside of peak times.... more

So people read this i'm cutting a very long and bad experience very short to warn other travellers ! 85-90% of the rooms face forwards to the sea, the only thing you hear is the sound of the waves .
