We stayed for 5 nights in Villa Ticino as the closure of our tour in South Africa. Villa Ticino is a perfect location to drive the Panorama route and to visit the Kruger Park (start from Phabeni Gate). Based from Sabie you can drive one day the "lower" Panorama route towards Hazyview and Nelspruit and the next day the "upper"...

From the moment the door opened and Felix and Ute greeted us we felt completely at home at Villa Ticino. Perfectly located on The Panorama Route and within easy walking distance of some great restaurants, local shops and adventure companies. Their beautiful house has comfortable, well appointed rooms and spacious guest areas. Open fires, honesty bar, pool table, chess ,cards,...

We were planning to stay only one night at Sabie but after our amazing experience in Villa Ticino we extended it to 4 days. Rooms were extremely clean, and from every little detail we were able to see how perfectionist Felix and Ute are. From towels to blankets...

Meant to spend 3 nights here but the 'volcano' debacle meant that we had to stay a bit longer. That was no hardship as Villa Ticino is a truley splendid guest house/hotel. Felix and Ute are so helpful and accommodating - oh, that all places matched up to this one!

We stayed 2 nights in Villa Ticino at the end of our trip through SA, Namibia and Botswana. I'm glad we didn't came here at the beginning of our trip since we would always have compared our stays with that at Villa Ticino ... and it would always have been worse.
Fantastic accomodation, very spacious house, every day different breakfast,...

Felix and Ute welcome you into their home with genuine warmth and affection. The location is perfect for touring all local attractions and Felix will personally plan your activities for you if you wish. One night we were out late on an impulse night safari of Kruger and Felix rang the police to see if there had been any accidents...

We stayed here for two nights on the way to Kruger and would recommend it to anyone. Felix and Ute were so helpful and friendly and the location was great. Felix's advice on where to go and what to see and on the routes to take were the icing on the cake. We went to the nearby Woodsman for a...

We started our trip to the Lowfeld and Krueger in Sabie allowing us two days to explore the area.
There are not too many hotels in Sabie and after having had a look on the different reviews we decided to stay in the Villa Ticino - although we are German and normally do not stay in German linked Hotels (what...

Felix and Ute were the most welcoming and helpful hosts, Felix even provides a map with suggested sights and routes for your days out! The location is excellent, next door to the best restaurants, shops and banks in this pleasant little town. The rooms are traditional, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was imaginative and delicious, served on a delightful terrace. The...
