“Very much like staying in a mid-level dorm room”

Not really near anything but kind of halfway between beach area and the historic cafe area. I got stuck with a very noisy air conditioner and was woken up at 4 AM by loud street noise coming up through shaft. Internet worked reasonably well 75% of the time. Room was relatively clean.
