Really a very nice place to go if you just arrived in windhoek and picked up a car and don't want to stay in windhoek itself.
The campsites are clean and pretty isolated. This does mean quite a walk to the restaurant (which is a bit scary in the dark, bring a flashlight), but also very nice, since you probably...

It's a great property and we really enjoyed the Sundowner Drive with David, who was very eager to provide us with a good experience. Still, we left this property with mixed feelings. Service, if friendly, was very slow and chaotic - they constantly got our orders wrong. We consider management responsible for this, as they hardly seemed to care about...

We were initially booked at the kalahari farmhouse but moved to the anib lodge when the farmhouse closed for renovations. We were a bit hesitant as this is a bigger lodge that we read caters to tour groups. The lodge provided us with a free sundowner drive for our inconvenience which was a level of service beyond the norm in...

We were heading south for the Kagaladaki TFP and required a stopover for the night. This was our choice and we did not regret it. We should like to revisit for longer next time.
Reception was swift, friendly and efficient. The layout is mainly outdoors with bungalow style chalets etc..,an outside dining area and bar. Food was presented well and...

We were recomended by a friend to visit Anib lodge and what a great experience. Coming from the busy city life we just wanted a place to relax and reflect on the past year. Anib was the perfect place, the air-conditioned rooms were comfortable, the swimming pools were refreshing and the food was outstanding. Having to small children can be...

Nice comfortable rooms with AC and a private terrace, but plain enough, the ones for the tours are the "old ones" around the pool but the new ones for individual clients are in the back with a nice view overlooking the nature. The service is very good and the food excellent. We also did the sundowner drive on the Kalahari...

Finally having the weekend off I decided to get out of Windhoek for a bit of relaxation and tranquility and I heard that the Gondwana Lodges are nice for a weekend getaway.
The rooms are small but clean and all have air conditioning which is a big plus here in Namibia.
The two activities Anib offers are morning or sun...

the place itselfe was very nice (considering also the price). the food is ok but nothing spectacular. same is valid for the rooms. nicest memory is the evenings we spend at the bar with the very nice employees and guides of the lodge. in terms of game kalahari anib offers nothing spectacular (no big game) but therefore an awsome landscape....

Me and my wife spent a night in the lodge and we found it nice.
The food was good, during dinner hotel staff were singing and dancing beautifull african songs. We found it very suggestive. The room was nothing special, but clean.
We booked the next day excursion to the kalahari desert and we had a chance to see many...
