Had one night hear on way down to the south of France - was a good place to stop for one night but would not want to be there longer. Rooms are not great - small and dark, mine overlooked the bins at the back of the hotel - not ideal and made worse when the bottles are thrown away... more

We stayed here for one night on a tour of the Burgundy vineyards and it was a most pleasant experience. This end of the Cote D'Or is a bit prettier than the Cote de Nuits. Overlooking the village green, this stylish hotel was an excellent place to end a Burgundy wine tour. Friendly and professional staff, and a marvellous restaurant which surely will receive its first Michelin star soon. Breakfast was outstanding. more

We stayed at Le Montrachet for 3 days of our Burgundy vacation. Comfortable room overlooking a quiet town square. Short walking distance to cafes, shops and boulangerie (just a few blocks). We booked this at relatively short notice as somewhere to stay while we bought some wine. We found the whole experience most enjoyable particularly as it co-incided with the opening of the new restaurant. The menu was exceptionally good value for the quality of food. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, we look forward to a return visit. more
