The building is wonderful: a converted convent, retaining its lovely courtyard and chapel, with spacious rooms opening onto a broad corridor above the cloisters. It's surrounded by extensive grounds, and its quiet atmosphere is marvellously restful. When I stayed, there were few guests, and I felt I had this fine building to myself.
