My family and I spent 4 nights at the agriturismo "Le Due Torri" near Spello. The location is in the countryside, but not too far out and with all famous locations easily reachable within less than an hour everywhere in Umbria. You do need a car, however, for any type of excursion.

We visited Le Due Torri during late fall . . . our first visit to Umbria, and to an agriturismo. The service we received was amazing! We were treated as valued guests. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and up-to-date. The meals were simple, but outstanding and freshly prepared - often from products produced or grown on the farm....
