Just returned from a 4 night bargain break at the Seabrook Hotel and found it an absolute delight! Yes work is still in progress in terms of renovating some of the rooms etc, but if you want to pay loads more elsewhere your welcome. We were a little apprehensive on arrival to find the hotel car park was a pay and display. However we need not have worried,as parking is free to residents. The hotel is quite large and we arrived at 1.15pm. The young receptionist provided us with a quick and easy check in,however we could not have our room until 4pm. Why... More

We booked this very last minute for a short weekend break. We were lucky enough to have the best weekend of the year and the sun shone throughout. Porthcawl is a lovely seaside town. So much to do and the beaches stretch forever, especially when the tide goes out. Lovely bars and restaurants to visit and the people are so... More

We travelled with Alfa to Porthcawl for a four night break at the Seabank, arriving on 18th February.. I am confining my comments to the hotel, which are largely favourable. The trips were not so good I'm afraid. We paid extra for a sea view, and we were given a newly furnished room and a newly fitted bathroom, which were... More
