Just came back from a great night at Olivia house where we were made to feel so welcome and pampered. We stayed in the French room which was outstanding, as was the service we received. Our breakfast was the most romantic we have had! We are planning our next stay for our anniversary! The Llewellyns. More

We booked the French room at Olivia House based on the reviews on Tripadvisor & we were not disappointed. Annette is the most welcoming & funny hostess we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel is spotless & decorated to an extremely high standard. Our room was amazing, we loved the roll top bath, the plush bath robes,... More

From the moment we arrived we felt at ease and were made very welcome by Annette and were invited to make ourselves at home which we duly did with the complimentary wine in the comfort of a fabulous sitting room. Breakfast each... More

Having almost given up on finding somewhere nice to stay pin Porthcawl I came upon this absolute gem. All B&Bs should be like this. I can't imagine that a hostess could be more welcoming. We were attending a family function in the town and so took over the whole house and Annette ensured that we all felt completely at home.... More

Our visit was brief but totally memorable. Our room - The Kings room was incredible. Next time, we might opt for a room on the lower floor [fewer stairs], if only to experience the amazing furnishing and style. More
