We wanted to go skiing with family and friends and this resort wasn't our first choice but I am pleased to say that it worked out really well. We booked through Crystalski and the overall holiday was excellent; from the reps to the hotel staff, all very friendly and helpful.

Been to this hotel 4 times now, it is a Crystal run family hotel, it is 5 minutes walk to a gentle slope down to the nearest lift. Great staff, great food, great kids club and care. Can't fault this place at all. Wonderful. Time to socialise due to the evening kids club and earlier dinner for them. The skiing in the area is varied but more suited to the intermediate than advance...although enough for anyone for one week.

The Grande Claviere was ideal for our group requirements. There were 19 of us in the party - 9 adults and 10 children. The children loved Whizz kids and couldn't wait to get signed in in the morning.
