Hotel in the middle of nowhere with limited facilities. Unless you speak Italian, the staff treat you like social lepers. Room we had was spacious and clean but lacking basic things such as a kettle and a toaster.

Not 4 star and never has been. Worst place ever unless you like being stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do.
