Booked as a stop off heading south from Scotland but wish could have stayed there for whole time of trip. Superb building in glorious grounds with deer roaming in field next to hotel and rolling Yorkshire countryside near typical rural village of Masham. Stayed here after reading positive reviews on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Rather a special experience staying in a stately home, felt rather like a house guest for a weekend party.
