We had a half board for around euro 65. In a hotel with pool and sauna you can't complain! Good room, no complaints whatsoever. Just get used to Germans being naked in the sauna!! more

We stayed here with a large group of students in June 2004. The rooms were beautiful in the main lodge area. One group of students had very old historic furniture -- 1400s -- and were thrilled. Our room was huge and well-decorated. The meals were excellent as well, and take time to see the ornate monastery. Excellent stay. more

The hotel is just across the street from the Monastary of Ettal. The rooms were huge and clean. It even has an indoor pool that is well kept.
