Hotel Lisca Bianca has all the potential to be a super little hotel... unless you actually want to get any sleep! The Bar Barcali which looks so perfect in the brochures is literally thumping until 2:30am. Panarea is a fabulous special place. Lisca Bianca was very nice,right on the frenetic harbor. The rooms were nice. The service was excellent. Panarea is a very small but incredibly chilled out island and the lisca bianca suits this perfectly. Like the other reviewer we stayed in room 13 and it was amazing.
