The rooms are spacious, with balconies and the house is in a good location for our 1 night stay. The rooms do not have AC but it is not a problem in the night even in July. Nice house relatively close to Plivitice. Host was very gracious and gave us great recommendations on how to tour the park and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Main rooms in house have AC but not the bedrooms so it got a bit stuff at night. Bed was not the best, but average for 3-star. Comforter and pillow cases weren't that comfortable.... More

Stayed here for one night to see Plitvice Lakes. Accommodation was comfortable and of good quality. Favourite moment was sitting on the terrace in the evening, having a few beers, enjoying the scenery and tranquility. Cannot fault the place More

House Zupan is a lovely quaint B&B outside Plitvice Lake National Park. The hostess Marijana is cordial and cares about her guests and their experience. My room was very simple but clean. Free Wireless Internet is available as well as satellite TV. More

Very quiet spot with nice rooms and free wifi and parking. Very close to the National Park and very hospitable host. Rooms are comfortable, clean and basic. There are 4 rooms off a communal kitchen/living area with balcony would be great for a party of 8 travelling together. Overall a good experience. More
