To get to this hotel, you have to drive through Ercolano, which is literally a slum. The piles of trash on the sides of the road are between 3 and 8 feet high. This hotel is a disaster! Stay away. There was mold on the walls, it was dirty, and it seems that the owner of the hotel has given up. After our stay () we read that another traveller in 2009 wrote" need a total makeover" - it still does! So again - stay away. It was our worst hotel experience ever. More

This hotel is a joke, terrible service, everything seems to be a problem, no one knows anything and they hate native english speakers...i'm trying not to let this ruin my whole opinion of Italy...don't stay here! More
