We stayed a couple of nights to attend a friends wedding nearby. We had a warm welcome from Mr & Mrs Plumb. We had the two en-suite rooms which are at the front of the house, the double glazing keeps out most of the road noise but you couldn't really sleep with the windows open. The rooms had a double... We stayed 2 nights. The room was large and comfortable. There were some nice touches, such as the small bottle of wine and the bath puff provided. Convenient for both the station and town. Our greyhound was also made welcome!

Stayed for 3 nights, we were visiting our son & family who live in the area. Excellent breakfasts, cooked to order and a varied choice of cooked breakfast. Very comfortable bed, one of the best welcome trays we've ever seen, a thoughtful choice of cuppa soup to warm you on a cold day, small bottle of wine to cheer you... More

Stayed here for one night on 15th september 2012 as attending the wedding of my cousin, with my dad and little boy. The lady who greeted us was lovely and although our room wasn't 100% ready, she allowed us to go in it and get ready which i thought was extremely kind of her. The room is spotless, you get... More

With an ex-RAF pal of mine, I was touring England looking up former RAF bases we had served on. We needed to be in this area for a visit to RAF MArham not far away. We had not pre-booked anywhere for the night so we hoped to find somewhere suitable. We could not believe our luck when June greeted us... More

Very central, only a short walk from the train station. We had three very comfortable nights. We got a lovely welcome and a good room, clean, well-furbished. Excellent breakfast: magnificent fresh crisp toast! The owner was very helpful, giving good advice for visiting nearby attractions.

We stayed here for a Saturday night and was delighted with the level of service and friendliness. Far enough from the centre of town not to be disturbed by noise and an easy walk into the centre. Also very close to the train station - ideal
