It is a huge hotel with Japanse people only.
It was very crowded. It accomodated buses with children groups and a lot of families.
The hotel gave us the impression of an old hospital building. It even smelled like it.
The staff doesn't speak english which makes it hard to communicate with them

This is not the sort of place we normally would chose to stay. It's a huge hotel complex, targetted at families, and very much a Japanese take on an all inclusive resort.
