Took an Executive Room, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, asked the Room Service for a Room Freshener, but didn't came. The pillows were dirty.
Wasn't able to sleep properly as the noise across the street was too much all night and the windows did nothing to cancel the noise.
The Room Service attendant was a little invasive, spent a little too much time while handing over the orders, watching TV in the room and looking out for tips.
The reception staff was courteous and helped in providing the right info about moving in the city.
The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the busy street, and is adjacent to PPN Market. Local Transport for all parts of the city is readily available. Though the place lacks of any restaurant, but has a busy corner for street food.
